You represent that you are over the age of 19 to (Rent a Car From King Way), The Company does not permit those under 19 to use the Service.

Your access to and use of the Service is also conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with the Privacy Policy of the King Way Car Rental L.L.C Company.

Our Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your personal information when You use the Application or the Website and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You. We offer Car Rental in Dubai Without paying a Deposit, but on condition that a fee of 100 UAE dirhams or its equivalent in other currencies such as the US dollar or the European Euro is paid.

Eligibility Requirements

To rent a vehicle with us, You must:

Be at least 19 years old.
Hold a valid driving license from Your home country and/or a valid International Driving Permit.
Provide a valid passport (for tourists) or Emirates ID (for residents).
Provide a valid credit card or acceptable method of payment as a guarantee.

Payments

Payments may be made in advance or upon delivery of the vehicle.
Accepted payment methods include: cash, credit card, or bank transfer.
The rental price agreed at the time of booking is final and payable according to the chosen payment method.
No hidden fees or charges will be applied.

Vehicle Use

The vehicle must be used in compliance with the traffic laws of the United Arab Emirates.
The vehicle must not be used for illegal activities, racing, or in restricted areas.
You are responsible for returning the vehicle in the same condition as it was delivered.

Insurance

Please note that our rental services do not include car insurance coverage.
You, as the renter, are fully responsible for any damages, fines, or liabilities that may occur during the rental period.

Deposit

We would like to confirm that our car rental service in the UAE does not require any deposit.

Late Returns, Delivery & Pick-Up Fees

No extra fees are applied for late returns, vehicle delivery, or pick-up in different locations, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If You cancel Your booking or decide not to use the Service, a full refund will be issued immediately.
Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment initially used by You.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Your booking if You violate these Terms, provide false documents, or engage in illegal activities while using Our Service.

Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be held responsible for any indirect damages, loss of profits, or personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
The maximum liability of the Company shall not exceed the total amount paid for the rental booking.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai, UAE.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.
If major changes occur, we will notify You prior to their effective date.
Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means You accept the revised Terms.
